The questionnaire, as you can see from the partial sample below, provides the blueprint for your wedding plans:
- Initial conversation with the event consultant
- Date of event
- Time and length of event
- Location
- Guest count
- Type of meal, breakfast, luncheon, dinner, light or heavy hors d'oeuvres
- Type of service-labor, food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, equipment
- Butler service, plated or buffet dinner or buffet hos d'oeuvres
- Dessert-wedding cake, cookies, fruit, coffee service
After you've considered those specifics, you will receive a proposal packet, which contains suggested, customized menus and a proposed cost. After you review it, you will meet with your event coordinator to discuss linens, china, glassware, chairs... all the little things that make a wedding by Catering Extraordinaire spectacular.
